- - Customer notes fewer long gowns, jalamia, and two-piece sets in Ramadan flash sales; requests more items and Ramadan-aligned promos.
IShein no longer add long gown or jalamia and two pieces on your flash sales any more which does not make me as a customer happy . This is Ramadan period you people are suppose to flow with the period just like you do put a lot of Christmas stuff on flash sales at December so why at this Muslim Ramadan period .
Please add more gowns , jalamia and long two pieces dress for us on this period . I have been looking and longing to see this but no it not there .

- - Has contacted support repeatedly with no help; lists multiple orders.
Shein repeatdely emailed me stating the goods were delivered, but never supplied me a Signed receipt with the name of the person who supposedely received the goods. That's How internet shopping is delivered in Brasil: to a person with signature.
Then we agreed Shein would reimburse me 80% of the spent value. Again the reimburse was not received and Shein never supplied me any details of the transfer (value, date, etc). They Just sent me Many emails repeating "the reimbursement was made". The credit Company states they never received It.
So, problem not resolved.
I Lost my money and all my confidence in Shein. Will never buy from them, neither Will I recommend It to anyone.
I am trying to find out what happened and all your company responds is that the goods have been delivered.
Please inform delivered by whom ( courier company and phone number)? Received by whom ( name and signature of receiver)?
I have been contacting your company many times and do not receive an acceptable answer.
